Lisa learns to blog!
Hello out there in cyberworld and welcome to Lessons on Living Fully!
I am finally entering into the sea of blogging. Just dipping my toes for now, but I'll be easing my way in a little at a time—just like slipping into a cold pool or a steaming hot tub. I tend to be more of a "peel the bandaid back slowly" kind of person versus a "rip it off quickly" type.
However, once I get the hang of it, hold on! I've got lots to say and share. I often find myself having flashes of insight or brilliance at moments through the day and think, "Oh, this would be great to share with my clients or ezine readers." But it's not enough or too time-consuming to write up for my Healthy You! e-zine for a healthy body & a healthy mind.
I'm looking forward to being able to share these spurts of thought with all of you and hope you enjoy them enough to reply back and/or forward to others who could use or appreciate them. I'd love to hear back from you. Let me know you're out there reading my thoughts and getting something from them, even if it's just a momentary lapse of insanity.
