Lose weight just 100 calories at a time

Great story I read on MSNBC that I wanted to share.

In fact, this was information I just read in a great book called "Mindless Eating" (which I will be sharing passages from in the coming weeks—it's SOOOO good!

Anyway, people think they have to make huge changes in order to lose weight. That's a fallacy. Yon only have to make small changes over time to lose weight AND keep it off.  This article give some really quick and easy suggestions.
