Preventing meltdowns (for kids and adults)

Hi All!

It's been a busy week for me with clients and projects, so I haven't been able to write anything for a few days. I didn't want to keep you hanging for too long, though, to get your next "fix" of lessons to live fully, so I'm sharing something I found on MSN.com today that will be helpful to parents. However, even if you're not a parent, keep these tips in mind in case you're ever child sitting—or need to prevent your own meltdown.
