A quick read. I like all these tips except #2; I would suggest eating other sources of protein and calcium besides milk, which many people have a food allergy or sensitivity to and don't know it. Plus, if it's not raw or organic milk, the pasteurization, homogenization, steroids, hormones, and antibiotics in it is likely to do more harm than good.

Tips include: blot your pizza grease, buy pre-cut/pre-washed veggies for snacks, dilute fruit juice with water, and eat off a smaller plate.
