Cream Cellulite! (It's No Miracle Cream)

Have you ever sunk money into buying cellulite creams, or thought about it, hoping for an easy and "miracle" solution to your unsightly dimples of fat?  If so, you're not alone.

According to Allison Winn Scotch of Prevention Magazine, in 2008, "American women spent nearly $100 million on creams, lotions, and other topical treatments in hopes of eradicating cellulite from our thighs and butts."

However, a 2006 study published in the journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery concluded that the BEST way to lose cellulite is to lose pounds. Yet, crash dieting is not the way to go; that can reducing skin's elasticity and make cellulite more noticeable. You must lose weight GRADUALLY, adding targeted muscle toning to firm and smooth the underlying tissue.
